The approach
The Method
A dialogue, not a program
The Method begins with you: your circumstances, your relationships, and the questions you are already considering. It is a personalized, one-on-one dialogue—not a standardized program or a sequence of rigid questionnaires.
The work begins individually, with joint sessions where appropriate.
Seeing what is difficult to see
Thoughtful people can ask themselves difficult questions and still miss a familiar pattern. A perceptive outside perspective can bring the motivations, assumptions, and blind spots underlying a decision into clearer view.
The purpose is not to make your choices for you, but to examine them with greater honesty and intention.
Reflection with a purpose
Where useful, tailored reflection exercises extend the conversation. These are chosen for the person and the question at hand, rather than imposed as a fixed curriculum.
The emphasis remains on meaningful understanding: of yourself, of your partner, and of the life you are choosing together.
